A 5-day adventure through Utah’s most spectacular canyon country — from the painted cliffs of Bryce to the hidden slot canyons of Grand Staircase–Escalante. Along the way, you’ll enjoy what may very well be the best guide-prepared meals you’ve ever had in the outdoors — think trail-side spreads and camp dinners that feel more like a Sunset Magazine feature than backcountry cooking. The scenery is incredible too… probably the second best part. (Just kidding… kind of.)
DAY 1
Arrival and Transfer
Meet our guides in Las Vegas, NV before setting out for Bryce Canyon National Park. During the 5-hour drive, we stop for a picnic lunch and a short walk at the Zion visitor center. Zion National Park, where the landscape shifts into massive Navajo sandstone walls and classic Colorado Plateau geology.
We see for ourselves why the Native Americans named this land the "circle of painted cliffs" with its majestic canyons and spires — a prelude to the wonders of Bryce Canyon. Arriving at Sunrise Point, we enjoy a drink and snack and take in our first views of Bryce Canyon.
After a relaxed happy hour and snack break at Sunrise Point, sitting at about 8,000 feet in Bryce Canyon National Park, we make our way to Bryce Glamp & Camp for our first evening of glamping under the Utah sky.
As the sun begins to dip behind the hoodoos, our guides prepare a dinner that feels straight out of Sunset Magazine—thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the care and creativity of a five-star chef. It’s the kind of meal that tastes even better in the open desert air. Around the table, we’ll relax, share stories from the day, and look ahead to tomorrow’s adventures as we talk through plans to explore some of the region’s most incredible slot canyons and hike deeper into the stunning landscapes of Bryce Canyon National Park.

DAY 2
Hiking in Bryce Canyon
We take advantage of a full day in Bryce. Arriving at Bryce Point, we descend into the immense amphitheater on a well-maintained trail, connecting with the Peek-a-boo loop trail with its iconic rock formations — the Alligator and Fairy Castle.
Descend into the Amphitheater
Start at Bryce Point and descend onto the Peekaboo Loop Trail, winding through a landscape filled with towering hoodoos and surreal rock formations. Along the way, we’ll pass iconic features like The Alligator and Fairy Castle, each sculpted by time into something that feels almost otherworldly.
Hiking among Bryce Canyon’s towering spires has a way of slowing everything down—the quiet, the fresh mountain air, and the vast amphitheater of color all around you create a sense of calm that many people describe as surprisingly restorative. It’s the kind of place where the scenery lifts your spirit and the miles seem to pass effortlessly, making this hike not just beautiful, but something you truly feel while you’re out there.
Trailside Charcuterie Lunch & Iconic Landmarks
We’ll pause along the trail for a beautifully prepared charcuterie spread paired with refreshing drinks, the perfect way to relax and take in the views. After lunch, we continue through some of Bryce Canyon’s most iconic landmarks, passing Wall Street, the towering spire of Thor's Hammer, and Two Bridges, before connecting to the colorful and otherworldly formations along the Queens Garden Trail.
Ponderosa Pines to Camp
Our last stretch takes us through breathtaking geology and groves of Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir. From Tropic trailhead, we van back to Camp.
Happy Hour & Stargazing
Welcomed with refreshing drinks and snacks. After sundown, learn about the night skies with a local astronomer, viewing planets and deep-space objects through telescopes.

DAY 3
The Escalante Depths
Explore a Slot Canyon in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument
Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument is a vast and unspoiled wilderness playground filled with soaring cliffs, prehistoric ruin sites, and labyrinthine slot canyons. Today's out-and-back hike takes us on a fun and unique backcountry adventure into one of these spectacular slot canyons.
The canyon follows a mostly flat riverbed wash, never getting too narrow, making it accessible to hikers of all levels. From the trailhead, it's only a short distance before the trail dips into the canyon and we start crisscrossing Willis Creek.
The canyon walls — striped vanilla, tan and black — steadily get taller making us feel tiny in comparison. There are countless photo-ops to capture the beauty of the diverse rock textures in this geological masterpiece. Returning to camp, there's time to relax prior to feasting on another delicious dinner.

Gourmet Dining
Breakfast
A nourishing guide-prepared breakfast to start the canyon day — local granola, fresh-pressed juices, warm breads, and seasonal Utah produce.
Trailside Lunch
Lunch served creekside in the slot canyon — handcrafted wraps, local cheeses, and trail snacks made with care by your guide-chefs.
Dinner Under the Stars
Back at camp, your guide-chefs transform the evening into a culinary event — a multi-course dinner built around the flavors of the Grand Staircase region. A meal you will never forget.
DAY 4
Slot Canyon Adventure
Today we head into the heart of Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument for an unforgettable hike through the famous Peek-a-Boo and Spooky Gulch. These narrow sandstone corridors wind through the desert like natural sculptures, with twisting passageways, towering walls, and light filtering down from above.
This is one of the most spectacular slot canyon hikes in the region. Unlike the more crowded parks, we often find ourselves with plenty of space to explore—maybe crossing paths with a few grazing cows rather than long lines of tourists. As we weave through the canyon’s curves and squeeze through its narrow sections, every turn reveals something new, creating the kind of adventure that stays with you long after the trip ends.
Peekaboo Slot Canyon
Start with a 15ft climb up into the slot canyon, making our way through sandstone and slick rock until sunshine hints we're near the top.
Trail Side Lunch
Once up top, we stop for a well-deserved lunch with sweeping views before the next descent.
Spooky Slot Canyon
Head down through narrow passageways — scrambling down short cliffs with walls towering 30–40 feet around us.

Breakfast
A hearty guide-prepared breakfast before the big day — local eggs, fresh-baked breads, Utah honey, and seasonal fruit to power the adventure.
Trailside Lunch
Atop the canyon with sweeping views — a gourmet picnic of artisan provisions, local cheeses, and handcrafted bites prepared by your guide-chefs.
Dinner Under the Stars
The grandest day calls for the grandest table. Tonight's dinner is a showcase of Utah's finest regional ingredients — a multi-course experience you will never forget.
DAY 5
Departure Day - Transfer to Las Vegas
We set out early to experience the magic of a sunrise in Bryce Canyon National Park. From the rim of the Bryce Amphitheater, the first light of the day washes over the thousands of hoodoos, making them glow in brilliant shades of orange and red, almost translucent in the crisp morning air.
As the sun rises over the canyon, your guide will prepare freshly pressed coffee to enjoy while taking in the view—a perfect, quiet moment to soak in the beauty of Bryce before the day’s adventures begin.
After enjoying this spectacle, we head back to camp and enjoy our last breakfast. After breakfast and a hot shower, we begin the return journey to Las Vegas. We expect to arrive between 5pm–6pm local time.
